| 摘 要： | 辅助性T细胞17（Th17）是一种不同于Th1和Th2的新型CD4＋T细胞亚群。Th17细胞的相关因子，如白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、IL-17及 IL-23等，都在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要的作用。探讨Th17细胞相关细胞因子与肿瘤的关系，将有助于对肿瘤的发病机制的进一步了解，并为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供新的靶点。

| Abstract: | T helper 17（Th17）cells are a newly appreciated CD4＋T cell subset,which is dis-tinct from both Th1 and Th2 cell subsets.Th17-related cytokines,such as interleukin-6,interleu-kin-17 and interleukin-23,play an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. The investigation of the relationship between Th1 7-related cytokines and tumors will contribute a further understanding of the pathogenesis of tumors and provide a new target for tumor therapy. |
