海上溢油遥感探测技术及其应用进展

摘    要:介绍了海上溢油遥感探测常用的可见光、红外、紫外光学遥感器、微波辐射计、雷达、激光荧光器和油层厚度探测器等几种溢油遥感探测器的探测原理、能力及应用状况。可见光仪器的溢油探测能力非常有限;红外遥感器是有一定探测能力的最为实用的探测器;微波遥感具有全天候的特点,但空间分辨率低,识别能力也有一定的限制;而激光荧光器和油层厚度探测器等激光遥感器则是最有发展前景的一类溢油探测器。通过性能等方面的对比分析以及当前实际应用情况,分析了未来溢油遥感技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:Oil slick detecting is important in marine environment monitoring. This paper introduces the detecting principle, capability and application of several sensors, such as optical sensors of visible, IR, and UV, passive microwave sensor, RADAR, laser sensors and so on. The detecting capability of visible sensors is very limited. IR sensor is becoming more capable and is the prime tool currently used for the spill. Microwave sensor can work in all weather, but lack sufficient spatial resolution to be practical, and is highly prone to false targets. Laser fluorosensor and slick thickness sensor are the most potential instruments for oil detecting. After comparing the capabilities and analyzing the application situations, the development trend of the oil spill remote sensing technology is put forth. That is to set up an integrated emergency response system which will utilize remote sensing(RS), GIS, GPS and numerical simulating technique together.
