LownoiseamDlifier（LNA）isamodemmicrowavecommunication，radar．electronicwarfaresystemimportantcomponent，itisinthefront0fthereceivingsystem．theantennareCeiyestheweakRFsignallinearamplification，whilesuppressingnoise，improvethesystemsensitivity．DuetoLNAinthereceingsysteminthespecialpositionandrole．thecomponentdesignofthereceivingsystempaysakeyroleintheperformanceindex．Thelownoiseamplifierusingmonolithicmicrowaveintegratedcircuit（MMlC）technology．allactivedevices（suchasabipolartransistororfieldeffecttransistor）andpassivedevice（suchasaresistor，inductor．capacRorandtransmissionlines）areallintegratedinasemi—conductorchip，inordertoachievea10wnoiseampUfyingfunction，hastheadvantagesofsmallsize，lightweight，lowcostandhighrehability．
