| 摘 要： | 重庆市秀山县建委按照县委、县政府的要求，开展了厂矿企业建设工程安全质量大检查，发现了存在的安全隐患，并意识到只有加强锰业企业工程建设管理才能提高全县锰业企业健康、有序、安全的生产环境，从而提高企业的市场竞争力。

| Abstract: | This article thinks that some hidden accidents of security are found after a large examination to the safe qualities of the architectural engineerings of different enterprises. The author also realizes that it is only to strengthen the management of the architectural engineerings of Mn-industry factories that we can improve productive environment of security in Mn-products of the whole county, and now the competitive abilities of the enterprises are improved. |
