| 摘 要： | 通过对特殊法兰进行应力分析 ,观察法兰的锥颈角度和端部高度的变化对其应力分布的影响 ,并对应力集中现象进行了分析 ;对法兰进行优化 ,从而使法兰达到满应力的设计结果 ;对实际工作中遇到的类似问题提出了解决方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper,by using 2D-FEM,the stress distribution and the stress concentration of the welding neck flange of different cone angle and end height were studied.A reasonable optimum design was presented, which can produce great economical benefits. |
