镁渣火山灰活性试验研究

摘    要:通过对镁渣的化学组成、水泥胶砂强度试验和微观结构分析,研究了镁渣的火山灰活性、细磨加工效应和与粉煤灰的复合效应机理,旨在从力学效应方面分析镁渣作为砂浆和混凝土掺合料的可行性.结果表明,镁渣具有一定的火山灰活性,细磨加工能提高镁渣活性,在渣灰比≤60%时,镁渣与粉煤灰的复合效应显著.

Abstract:In order to analyze the feasibility of using magnesium slag as an admixture of mortar and concrete form mechanics effect,by analyzing the chemical components of magnesium slag and the result of strength test and micro-structure of cement mortar,the pozzolanic activity and the fine-process effect of magnesium slag are studied,as well as the synergistic effect of magnesium slag and fly ash,Results show that pozzolanic activity of magnesium slag can be improved by fine-process,where the synergistic effect of magnesium slag and fly ash is obvious when slag to fly-ash ratio is not up to 60%.
