电动装甲车无刷直流电机驱动系统的再生制动

摘    要:再生制动是电动车辆最常见的制动方式,然而,在没有大容量蓄电池吸收能量的情况下,再生制动将产生很高的泵升电压,给系统工作带来不利。文中通过对再生制动过程的分析,提出了通过控制占空比的办法来抑制泵升电压,该方法通过数字控制实现,无需改动硬件,控制简便、计算机仿真和样机实验结果表明,该方法可迅速抑制泵升电压,并具有很好的制动效果。

Abstract:Regenerative braking method is a popular braking method for electric vehicle. However, due to the lack of accumulator of big capacity to absorb energy, this method produces high bumping voltage, which is harmful for system.Based on the analysis of the process of regenerative braking,this paper put forward a new method to restrain the pumping voltage by changing PWM ratio. This method is carried out by digital control, so it needn't to modify current hardware system.The result of the computer simulation and experiment prove that this method can restrain the pumping voltage quickly, and the braking effect is good.
