复杂运动轨迹振动筛的工作原理及计算机模拟

摘    要:钻井液固相控制是石油钻井工艺的重要环节。在固相控制作业中,目前最常用的筛分设备是振动筛。理论分析与实践均表明,钻井液在振动筛筛网人口处的过流量最大,如果人口端筛面有较大的抛掷指数,钻井液就能较快地实现分离;由人口到出口,钻井液中的液相越来越少,在出口处,基本上就只剩固相颗粒了。作为钻井液振动筛,在液相经筛网过滤回收后,对留在筛面上的固相颗粒,就需要以较大的输送速度送出筛面,并不需要过大的抛掷指数,出口端的抛掷指数适当减小为宜,以减小固相颗粒的透筛量和固相岩屑的破碎。

Abstract:The paper introduces the working principle of vibration screen with complicate motion trace, makes analysis to motion trace of screen box by computer simulation. The result shows that each point on screen box can implement different ellipse motion trace. By adjusting relative position between rotation center of two eccentricity masses and mass center of screen box, high efficiency and power saving vibration screen is able to work out.
