露天矿事故分析与预测及安全信息管理

摘    要:结合某露天矿的实际情况,利用事故致因理论和调查模式,讨论了该矿主要事故致因,用故障树(FT)对列车运输事故作了详细的分析,揭露了发生事故的主要原因,提出了防止事故的措施。运用灰色系统理论建立了权系数一阶单变量灰色预测模型,用于预测矿山事故的发生。该模型用实际数据作了验证。该数据库包括9个模块,具有完整的数据存入、修改、删除、统计、查询和报表打印等功能。该成果对其他矿山有参考性。

Abstract:In connection with the operational practice of surface mine, employing the accident causation theories and the acci-dent investigation models, this paper discusses the main factors causig the accidents in the mine and make a detail analysis of railway transportation by means of Fault Tree (FT). The majar reasons for accidents to occur are exposed with measures to prevent the accidents put forward, applying the Grey System Theory, a weighted Grey Model of single variable is established to predict the trend of accidents ceeurence in the mine. The result of the prediction is verified with the practical data. The database consists of nine modules, having the functions of store, modification, deletion, statistics, inquiry, reporting and printing. This achievement might be used for reference to other mines.
