入夏以来,暴雨频发,武汉、杭州、上海、北京等城市"花容失色",市民生活受到严重影响。我们的城市为何"逢雨必涝",出路何在?本期会客厅邀请北京建筑工程学院教授车伍、北京清华城市规划设计研究院院长尹稚、北京市人大代表卫爱民,共商内涝治理问题,为城市支招。

Rain will certainly cause flood.How to relieve people from the anxiety

Since the beginning of summer,the torrential rain happened frequently that it has severely influenced the modern urban citizens’ lives in Wuhan,Hangzhou,Shanghai,Beijing etc. "The flower has lost its color". Why do our cities have flood when the rain falls? How to solve that problem? This reception room has invited the professor of Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture named Che Wu,president of City Planning and Designing Research Institute of Tsinghua University named Yin Ya and Deputy to the NPC of Beijing named Wei Aimin to jointly discuss the waterlogging management problems and give solutions for the cities.
