摘    要:在对黑龙江、松花江、嫩江发生的特大冰坝的年份监测中分析表明,春季开江期,有明显的降水和升温过程及有利的高空和地面天气形势,是冰坝的形成和凌汛发生的一个重要原因。

Abstract:The analysis of greatest ice jam dam flood years observation data on the Heilongjiang River,Songhua River and Nenjiang River.The results show that it was obviously process precipitation and high temperature and advantageous higher-ground level weather situation in ice-cut spring.It was the mainly cause of the forming ice jam dam flood.
