摘    要: 本文利用透射电镜研究了某钢中夹杂物的堆垛层错,电子衍射分析表明,夹杂物内存在15R型长周期结构。利用双倾操作得到沿密排点列的特征衍射花样,分析夹杂物为面心立方结构,点阵常数为0.788nm。观察了这种材料的( )系统衍射的一维晶格相及[011]晶带轴的高分辨像。

Abstract:The stacking fault of inclusions in a steel was analysed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).It was analysed by select area diffraction patterns(SADPs) that there existed period stacking(LPS) structure of 15R-type in inclusions.Characteristic SADPs along close packing range of points were obtained by double tilt operation.The structure of inclusions is face-centered cubic with lattice constant of 0.788nm.One dimension systematic reflexions lattice images and HREM formed by zone axis were observed.
