双主轴龙门钻床数控代码二次生成算法的实现

摘    要:根据双主轴龙门钻床的特点,提出了一种数控加工代码由单主轴向双主轴转换的算法,并建立其数学模型。利用Visual C++6.0开发工具实现了该算法。该算法是一个独立的模块,满足不同的基于Windows平台的数控系统软件,具备通用性。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of twin spindles gantry drilling machine. This paper puts forward an algorithm which can convert the NC processing code from single spindle to twin spindles, and establishes the mathematical model of algorithm. The algorithm is realized by using Visual C ++6. 0. This algorithm is an independent module. It can satisfy the diffenrent CNC softwares based on windows platforms and it is universal.
