| Abstract: | This paper analyzes some issues in design of public buildings for energy efficiency when "Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings" is carried on.These important points include classification of the thermal characteristics of building envelope,definition of the orientation,calculation of the integrated thermal transmittance of exterior wall,calculations of the thermal resistance of ground and exterior wall of basement. |
