基于CAN的射线检测站控制系统

摘    要:对射线检测系统的控制部分进行了研究,提出了基于CAN的分布式控制方式,介绍了信息帧格式和数据链路控制规程,完成了CAN接口和有关通信软件,设计了相应的下位机控制方式,同对检测过程的实时监控,同时讨论了其进一步的前景。实际应有表现,以上方法具有通信速度高、可靠性好、灵活方便等优点,非常适合于射线检测站的控制,同时也可应用于其它相关场合。

Abstract:The research is carried out for the control part of radiographic inspection system in this paper.A distributed control mode based on CAN is proposed.The message framing and data link control proccedure are introduced.Moreover,the CAN interface and the corresponding communication software are accomplished.The control mode for slave units is designed by which the real time monitoring of inspection process is achieved.In addition,the possible application in future is also discussed.It is indicated through practice that the methods presented in this paper possesses the advantage of high transmission rate,strong reliability and good flexibility which make it suitable for the control of real time radiography inspection station.Meanwhile,it can also be applied to other similar situations.
