摘    要:研究了铁氧体预烧粉料的颗粒形态和粒度分布;对比研究了砂磨及球磨工艺对铁氧体粉料颗料形态及粒度分布的影响;电子探针EDAX分析结果表明;长时间的砂磨使掏氧体成分中Fe含量大大增加,这将会影响铁氧体的原始成份,进而影响铁氧体的电磁性能。

Abstract:Investigation on particle morphology and size distribution of the presinteredferrite powders and comparative studies of the influence of stirring ball milling and ball millingprocess on them were performed in this paper. A result is obtained that both ball milling and stir-ring ball milling processes show nearly the same size clistribution, while the latter bave a higermilling effciency than the former. Moreover, EDAX analysis reveals that long time stirring ballmilling will cause the iron content in the ferrite powders to increase greatly and this has influenceon the initial composition and therefore the electromagnetic properties of ferrites.
