不同保鲜剂对香椿采后贮藏特性的影响

摘    要:分别采用多菌灵、纯白托、6-苄基嘌呤、乙烯吸收剂处理香椿。结果显示,不同保鲜剂对香椿采后贮藏特性影响较大,6-苄基嘌呤可以抑制乙烯生成和呼吸高峰,延迟叶绿素降解,起到延长贮藏期的目的。

Abstract:The Chinese toona were treated in different fresh-keeping agents including carbendazim,thiophanate Methyl,6-benzyladenine(6-BA) and ethylene absorbent.The resuIts showed different that the fresh-keeping agents on storage characteristic in Chinese toona,6-BA can attenuated the respiration and ethylene peaks,and also can delay the degradation of chlorophyll,extend the storage time.
