微波高速开关的开关时间测量方法研究

摘    要:随着电子技术的迅速发展,开关的带宽越来越宽,开关的速度越来越快,微波高速开关的开关时间可以达到几百皮秒。传统的测量方法无法测量如此高速开关的开关时间,本文提出了一种新方法测量高速微波开关的开关时间,利用带宽为70GHz的取样示波器通过观测开关的包络信号,然后编写相应的测量软件把观测的包络信号进行解调,并自动测量开关时间,从而测量几纳秒甚至皮秒级的开关时间,最后进行了实验验证。

Abstract:As the development of electronic technology goes on, bandwidth of microwave switch is wider and speed of microwave is faster. Microwave switch has on-off time with some nano-seconds or pico-second class. The traditional measurement method can not meet measurement for the on/off time of high speed microwave switch. In the paper, we developed a new measurement method for the on-off time of high speed microwave switch. Envelop signal through switch is measured using a sampling oscilloscope with 70 GHz bandwidth by this method. Then this signal is demodulated by correspondent test software which is developed by us. So, on-off time with some nano-seconds or pico-second class is measured by this method. Finally, the efficiency of this new method is proved by experiments.
