辐照对化妆品中微生物的灭菌效果及其影响因素

摘    要:为了解辐照对化妆品中微生物的灭菌效果及其影响因素,选择有代表性的化妆品基质和卫生相关微生物构建各种试验组合,采用钴-60的γ辐照源进行不同剂量的辐照处理,通过微生物计数检验辐照的效果。结果发现,各类微生物的D10值,由大至小依次为枯草芽孢杆菌(繁殖体)0.43~0.48,白色念珠菌0.40~0.46,金黄色葡萄球菌0.35~0.45,铜绿假单胞菌0.26~0.29。6 kGy的辐照剂量可使污染菌量由约107 CFU/g降至10 CFU/g以下,8 kGy及以上的辐照剂量可彻底杀灭污染菌。同等污染水平下,含水量较少的彩妆粉类化妆品需要更高的辐射剂量才可达到相同的灭菌效果,且其中残留微生物的存活时间较长,枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌在放置15 d后略有增殖。

Abstract:To analyze the sterilizing effect and influence factors of irradiation process for cosmetics,combinations of typical cosmetic products and hygiene related microorganisms were chosen to be treated with 60 Co gamma ray in different irradiation doses,the survival microorganism number were counted to determine the sterilizing effect. The results showed that theD10 val-ue of microorganisms descend from 0.43 to 0.48 for Bacillussubtilis,0.40 to 0.46 forcandidaalbicans,0.35 to 0.45 for Staphylococcusaureus,0 .26 to 0 .29 for Pseudomonasaeruginosa. The dose of 6 kGy could reduce the number of total bacteria to less than 10 CFU/g from 107 CFU/g,8 kGy was enough to kill all those bacteria. Under the same initial contaminated con-dition,the makeup powder with less moisture content may need higher irradiation dosage,meanwhile,survival bacteria may live longer,among which the count of Bacillussubtilisand Staphylococcusaureuswould increase slightly.
