摘    要:为了满足航空发动机叶片的设计需要 ,以 UG 为支撑软件 ,开发了叶片锻模 CAD软件系统。该软件采用模块化的设计思想 ,交互设计与自动设计相结合的设计方法 ,实现了叶片的实体造型与锻模设计 ,可大大提高工作效率 ,且通用性强 ,使用方便

Abstract:The airfoil blade is one of the most important workpiece in aeroengine. Its shape is very complex and the die making requires high precision and high efficiency. To meet the requirements, a CAD system to design the die in the manufacturing process of aerofoil blade has been developed based on the UGⅡ software. The CAD system has the functions of performing the forging, the finisher, the blocker, the shaving die and the upsetting die of the blade automatically according to the imported parameters. The parametric design method and the using of rabbet store and boss store make it possible that the system could apply to more kinds of and all dimensions of blades. With the modularization structure, the function of the system can be expanded facilely. An interactive system was constructed and a user interface was developed, which made the system convenient to use. The system has a friendly user interface, and is simple to operate. It has been used to design blade and its forging die in a certain plant.
