PEO超薄膜晶体等温增厚研究

摘    要:以3种不同分子量的聚氧乙烯(PEO)为研究对象,探讨了等温结晶温度(Tc)、等温时间、分子量等因素对PEO超薄膜晶体等温增厚行为的影响。结果表明:随着分子量的增大,PEO片晶逐渐由Flat-on晶体转变为Edge-on晶体;在结晶初期,片晶厚度仅依赖于Tc,而与分子量无关,并且生长的多为非整数次折叠链(NIF)晶体;等温过程中,在超薄膜晶体的边缘发生增厚现象,且片晶由NIF晶体转变为整数次折叠链(IF)晶体。

Abstract:Based on the research of poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO) with three different molecular weights,the effects of isothermal crystallization temperature(Tc),isothermal time and molecular weight on isothermal thickening behavior of PEO ultrathin membrane were systematically investigated.The results show that: with the increasing of molecular weight,PEO lamellar gradually transforms from flat-on to edge-on.During the early stage of isothermal crystallization,PEO almost forms non-integral folding(NIF) chain lamellar,and the thickness of lamellar only depends on Tc.Moreover,thickening phenomenon takes place at the edge of ultrathin film during the isothermal process,and the NIF lamellar gradually converts to integral folding(IF) chain lamellar.
