| 摘 要： | 借助于CAE的Moldflow软件,对灯罩制件二腔对称方向布局的浇注系统进行了填充分析;根据成型制件最小变形率,选择了成型材料,通过正交试验方法,对模具温度、熔体温度、注射压力和保压时间等工艺参数进行了选择;并调整优化了保压曲线。

| Abstract: | The gating system,which symmetrically layout on two cavities of lampshade workpiece,was filled and analyzed through Moldflow software;and then the molding material was selected according to the minimum deformation of the molded parts.The mold temperature,melt temperature,injection pressure and dwell time were selected by orthogonal experiment method,and the packing curve was adjusted and optimized. |
