微波萃取-GC/MS法分析EVA泡沫拼图地垫中的甲酰胺

建立了一种利用气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)对EVA发泡儿童爬行地垫中甲酰胺含量进行测定的方法。并对实验参数进行了优化:用丙酮作溶剂,在70℃下微波萃取30 min,样液用C18小柱净化,浓缩后用HP-INNOWax色谱柱分离,然后采用质谱法检测,外标法定量。结果表明:本方法的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 6,测定低限为10 mg/kg,加标回收率在86.2%⁹4.6%之间,相对标准偏差在2.7%94.6%之间,相对标准偏差在2.7%⁴.4%之间(n=6)。该方法操作简便、精密度好、灵敏度高、结果准确,适用于EVA泡沫地垫中甲酰胺的测定。

Determination of Formamide in Foamed EVA Puzzle Mats by Microwave Extraction-GC/MS Method

A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) method was developed for determination of formamide in foamed EVA toy puzzle mats.The experimental conditions such as extraction temperature and time for microwave were optimized.The EVA sample was extracted at 70℃ for 30 min in microwave instrument,and cleaned by a C18 cartridge,then followed by separation on an HP-INNOWax capillary column,determined by MS and quantified by external standard method.In the experiment,the linear calibration curve is obtained with correlation coefficient of 0.998 6.The lower limits of quantitation is 10 mg/kg(S/N=10).The relative standard deviations(n =6) are between 2.7% and 4.4%,and the recoveries ranges from 86.2% to 94.6%.This method is simple,accurate and sensitive for determination of formamide in foamed EVA puzzle mats.
