基于Moldflow模拟分析整流器下盖的模具设计

摘    要:对整流器下盖的模具设计解决了分型面的选择、镶件的结构、侧浇口位置确定、冷却系统的布局、塑件浇注系统布局等问题。同时,为了确定整个模具在注塑过程中的问题,通过Moldflow模拟分析软件对填充、浇口、排气、注塑成型时间等进行分析和优化。

Abstract:The problems,such as the parting surface selection,the insert structure,side gate location of parts gating system,cooling system layout etc,existing in the design of mould for rectifier bottom cover were solved.In addition to,the filling,the gates,the exhaust gas,and the injection molding time were analyzed and optimized through the Moldflow software in order to determine the entire mold problems in the injection molding process.
