| 摘 要： | 御景苑商住大楼大面积地下室深基坑围护,在场地环境受限制时采用SMW工法施工,在搅拌、提升、喷浆、插桩等工序中精心施工,有效地避免围护结构体开裂、渗水,缩短了围护工程施工工期,确保地下室工程的正常施工。

| Abstract: | Because the field environment of the deep foundation ditch enclosure of the large area basement of Yujingyuan Commercial and Resident Building was restricted,engineers adopted the SMW construction method.Workers carefully constructed in every working process such as agitating,lifting,grouting,inserting piles and so forth in order to effectively keep the enclosure structure from cracks and water penetration,to shorten construction time of the enclosure project and to ensure successfully construction of the basement project. |
