Project-based Analysis of Future Organization Structure

There are full of challenges all over the world. The globe is becoming smaller and smaller. In the business world, competition goes on everywhere and any time, so business must make swift response to the outside world. The traditional organization is facing great pressure. Business must be reorganized to adapt to the changing world. This paper discusses the possible solutions, the virtual structure, its origin, evolution and features and so on.
