| 摘 要： | 在数码技术不断进步的今天,数码摄影已势不可挡。如何将数码摄影与医学实验相结合,将成为今后科研的重要途径,本文就此问题阐述了数码摄影与倒置显微镜的密切关系,并以培养细胞为例叙述了利用数码相机拍摄倒置显微镜中图像的方法,同时也谈到快门速度对照片清晰度的影响,最后表述了对数码图像信息的后期加工与处理,相信利用数码摄影技术拍摄的图像会有更高的实用价值。

| Abstract: | With the digital technology increasingly improves, digital photography is overwhelming all kinds of fields. How to integrate digital photography with medical experiments will become a important way that make scientific researches. This article mainly discusses the connection between digital photography and invert microscope, moreover, how to take a picture of invert microscope by using of digital camera, which shutter rapidity influences photographic definition. Lastly, it is beheved that digital photographic technology will have great practical value in medical field. |
