滚动轴承装配缺陷视觉检测系统的算法研究

摘    要:针对轴承在装配过程中出现的漏装铆钉、滚动体的现象,提出了一种基于机器视觉的检测方法,并设计开发出一套滚动轴承装配缺陷视觉检测系统。系统采用TMS320DM642作为主处理器;检测系统的算法采用C语言设计。该系统通过对采集到的图像进行预处理、中心定位,根据图像特征进行装配缺陷的判定。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon of the leakage with rivets and rolling elements in the process of assembling rolling bearings,a checking method based on the visual detection is bring forward,and a set of roller bearing assembly visual defect detection system is developed.The TMS320DM642 is used as the main processor of the system and the C language design is usd as the algorithm of the detection system.Through pretreating the collected images and the center locating,the assembly defects of the bearing is estimated...
