光电靶中浮动阈值比较器的设计与研究

摘    要:为了提高光电靶中模拟脉冲信号间相对延迟检测的精度及其稳定性,运用数值分析的方法对比得出了固定阈值比较器、浮动阈值比较器和信号互相关算法的性能差异。给出了两种浮动阈值电压比较器的设计方案和工作原理,证明了在对模拟脉冲信号二值化转换处理时,具有浮动阈值的比较器触发精度和稳定性明显优于固定阈值比较器;在光电靶中,浮动阈值比较器代替固定阈值比较器有助于提高速度测试、立靶精度测试的相对精度和稳定性。

Abstract:To improve accuracy and stability of time delay estimation between analog pulses originated from light-screen,performance of constant-threshold comparator,floating-threshold comparator and cross correlation algorithm are analyzed in manner of Numerical simulation.Design plan and working principle of two kinds of floating-threshold comparator are presented.Results prove that floating-threshold comparator performs better than the constantthreshold one in the scenario of analog signal binarization.It can be used to substitute constant-threshold comparator in light-screen in order to improve velocity and coordination detection accuracy and stability.
