| Abstract: | Wuhan Qingtai Opera House lies between Yue Lake and Hang River, it is the largest cultural facility of Hubei Province. With complicated plan layout and unique irregular architectural shape, the opera consists of big theatre, multi-function hall, rehearsal hall, dressing room, dining hall, office, equipment room and underground parking lot, it is capable of meeting the requirements for various sorts of dramas. This article systematically presents the HVAC design of Qingtai Opera House, the new technologies we applied to the project, and the advanced methods we used in the design process. |
