新型软开关全桥变换器IGBT高速驱动电路

摘    要:提出一种适用于软开关全桥变换器的IGBT新型驱动电路,它采用脉冲变压器隔离,无需附加单独浮地电源,IGBT栅源之间没有振荡现象,死区时间可调节,驱动电路对元件参数变化不敏感,IGBT关断时可提供反向栅压,工作频率可达100kHz。驱动电路结构简单,抗干扰能力强。实验结果证明了新方案的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:A new high speed gate-drive circuit applicable to soft-switching full bridge PWM converters is proposed.The circuit shows excellent features such as transformer isolation,no ringing of the gate-source voltage of the switches,programmable dead time,insensitivity to component value variation,negative gate-source voltage at switch-off,operating frequency up to 100 kHz.The operation,analysis and design considerations are illustrated and verified on a 3 kW,100 kHz IGBT based experimental circuit.
