电弧炉冶炼合金钢节能工艺研究

摘    要:在电弧炉上采用节能工艺冶炼合金钢,钢的化学成分稳定,合金收得率高,脱氧效果良好,经实测,钢中残铝在合适的范围。与传统工艺相比,吨钢冶炼电耗降低120kWh左右。

Abstract:The saving power technique is used for smelting alloy steel in electric arc furnace.The results shown that the chemical ingredients of steel are stable and the rate of recovery of alloy is high and the effect of desoxidation is good.The remains of aluminum in alloy steel is in the reasonable range according to the measurement.
