摘    要:以多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)为模板,采用直流电沉积的方法,制备了磁性金属Ni纳米线阵列。选用SEM、TEM、XRD等测试手段,对其微观形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:制得的Ni纳米线阵列排列规整、长度一致、直径与模板孔径基本一致,约为250nm,而且是结构紧密的多晶体。研究了电沉积时间对Ni纳米线长度的影响,发现电沉积时间应不超过15h。

Abstract:Using porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) as template,the array of magnetic metal Ni nanowires was fabricated by DC electrodeposition method.Their morphologies and structures were characterized by SEM,TEM and XRD techniques.The results indicate that the well-ordered metal Ni nanowire arrays are obtained and its diameter is about 250 nm,which is consistent with the diameter of template pore.Prepared metal Ni nanowire arry is structure dense ploycrystal.The length of metal Ni nanowires array can be controlled by changing the time of electrodeposition.Obtained result shows that the optimal time is 15 h.
