应力框热应力数值模拟及变形分析

摘    要:利用专业铸造模拟软件ProCAST,对HT250应力框铸件在3种不同浇注温度、3种不同落砂温度条件下进行了铸造过程温度场、应力场的计算机数值模拟,得到其残余应力分布和冷却过程变形情况。通过正交试验设计方法对残余应力和浇注温度、落砂温度的关系进行分析,结果表明:落砂温度对残余应力的影响较大,落砂温度越高,残余应力越小,但铸件的变形越大;浇注温度对残余应力的影响没有规律,但浇注温度越高,铸件的最终变形越大。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of temperature field and stress field during the solidification of HT250 stress frame casting was carried out by using of the professional casting simulation software--ProCAST, with three different pouring temperatures and three different shakeout temperatures, respectively. The residual stress distribution and deformation during the cooling process was obtained. The relation between residual stress and pouring temperature and shakeout temperature was analyzed by the orthogonal experimental design. The results show that the shakeout temperature greatly affects the residual stress, and the higher the shakeout temperature, the lower the residual stress and the greater the deformation of the casting. The impact of pouring temperature on residual stress has no regularity, but the higher the pouring temperature, the bigger the final deformation of casting.
