氧化钪在冰晶石-氧化铝体系中的溶解性能研究

摘    要:通过三因子一次正交回归实验设计,测定了在Na3AlF6-3%MgF2-3% CaF2体系中,Sc2O3溶解度随分子比、温度和Al2O3添加量变化的函数关系。研究表明,减少氧化铝添加量和升高温度均有利于Sc2O3在熔盐中的溶解,分子比对Sc2O3溶解度的影响主要体现在与Al2O3添加量的交互作用,通常情况下分子比对Sc2O3溶解度的影响不大。在现代点式下料电解槽的操作条件下,Sc2O3的溶解度可以达到3%-5%,完全能够满足电解铝钪合金的需要。

Solubility of Sc2O3 in n NaF·AlF3-Al2O3 Melts
Abstract:Through three factor linear vertical crossing regression experiments design, the function of the solubility of Sc 2O 3 to molecular rate, temperature and the addition of Al 2O 3 in the system of Na 3AlF 6 3%MgF 2 3%CaF 2 was obtained. It is found that it is good for the solution of Sc 2O 3 in the melts to decrease the addition of Al 2O 3 and increase the temperature. The effect of molecular rate on the solution of Sc 2O 3 mainly reflects on the mutual action of the addition of Al 2O 3. General speaking, the effect of molecular rate on the solution of Sc 2O 3 is slight. Under the modern operation of point feeder, the solution of Sc 2O 3 is enough completely for the need of the electrolysis of Al Sc alloy.
