摘    要:通过小电流接地电网单相接地选线装置得到的现场数据的分析,提出了除瞬间接地故障和永久性接地故障之外的第3种接地故障——短时接地故障的概念,提出了在小电流接地系统中引入面向单相接地故障的自动重合闸技术(简称接地重合闸)的新技术,它同样适用于谐振接地系统中,有利于故障的快速消除,提高了系统的供电可靠性。物理模拟实验证实了该技术的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:Through analyzing the field data acquired by the fault-line-detection devices in non-valid grounded power systems, this paper proposes the concept of another type of grounding fault in addition to the instantaneous grounding fault and the permanent grounding fault. This is the short-time grounding fault. A new technique of employing auto-reclosing technology for single-phase-to-ground fault clearing in non-valid grounded power systems is also presented. For short, this technique is named as reclosing on phase-to-ground fault, which can be applied to compensated systems, is favorable for clearing faults quickly and can improve the reliability of the systems greatly. The physical simulation tests further confirm the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed technique.
