矿井防尘供水系统监测监控的研究与应用

摘    要:在煤矿生产当中,矿井防尘供水管路系统的稳定直接影响矿井正常生产。由于防尘供水管路较长,维护困难,一旦发生跑水事故,分析、处理时间较长,严重制约了煤矿的正常生产。为了能够及时监控井下供水系统,保证矿井生产正常供水,进一步完善"供水施救系统",安装了开停传感器、压力传感器、流量传感器,实现了在线监测监控,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The stability of coal mine water supply affect the normal production in coal mine directly.Due to a long water supply pipes of dustproof,the maintenance is difficult,once produce run water accident,it had a long time to manage,which restrict the normal production of coal mine.In order to monitoring underground water supply system timely,and ensure the normal water supply mine production,improve the "water rescue system" furtherly,it installat a stop sensors,pressure sensor and flow sensor,which realize the online monitoring and achieved good results in actual application.
