加磷高强IF钢冷轧板罩式退火工艺研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下测定了PIF340加磷高强IF钢的再结晶温度,研究了退火温度和加热速度PIF340钢组织和再结晶织构的影响,指出PIF340钢罩式炉退火时,退火温度应按罩式炉上限控制,并保证足够的保温时间。按实验工艺进行了工业生产、产品冲压性能优良、质量稳定,完全满足用户的使用要求。

Abstract:The recrystallization temperature of PIF340 steel was obtained by experiment. The influence of annealing temperature and heating speed on microstructure and texture of this steel were studied. It pointed out that the annealing temperature should be controlled at upper-limited value of batch furnace, and the enough holding time should be assured in industry production. At last, the good deep-damping property of product was illustrated.
