云南水利科技发展存在问题及对策探讨

云南省水利科技的创新和发展,对水利事业作出了一定贡献,但在科技体制、科技创新、成果转化、经费投入等方面还存在诸多不足,难以满足现代化水利建设的发展要求。通过对部分州（市）水利科技发展的调研,结合云南省水利科技发展现状,分析了水利科技存在的主要问题,并提出了加强云南省水利科技发展的对策。

Discussion on the problems and countermeasures of technological progress of water conservation in Yunnan

The innovation and the development of water conservation science and technology in Yunnan Province have made certain contribution to the water conservation cause, but in the technical system, the scientific innovation, the achievement transforms, funds investment and so on also have many insufficiencies and can＇t satisfy the development request of modem water conservancy construction. Based on investigation and study on the technological progress of water conservation in some states （cities）and the present situation in Yunnan Province, the existing problems of water conservation science and technology are analyzed and the countermeasures to strengthen technological progress of water conservation in Yunnan Province are proposed.
