| 摘 要： | 用正-反浮选流程以及高效浮选药剂处理云南海口中品位硅-钙质磷块岩类矿石，先后进行了试验室小试、1t／d扩大连续试验和100kt／a工业试验，获得优质磷精矿和满意的技术经济指标．工业试验的试验指标为磷精矿P20532．47％、MgO0．88％、Si0211．02％，产率61．02％、回收率为81．06％。

| Abstract: | A twostage flotation continuous flowsheet, which includes a combination of direct and reverse flotation, and effective and nontoxic reagents were developed for beneficiating middlelow grade phosphate of Yunnan Haikou.The high quality of concentrate and the satisfied recovery is obtained. The laboratory test ,1 t/d continuous test and 0.1 million t/a industrial test had finished. The phosphate concentrate with the grade of P_2O_5 32.47%? MgO 0.88%?SiO_2 11.02%, the yield of 61.02% and the recovery of 81.06% has been obtained in industrial adjustment. |
