摘    要:为了对新型门式钢管脚手架的承载性能有充分的认识,保证其安全性,提出较准确的有限元分析模型以供参考.本文在对由两种新型门架(MF0817、MF1017)组成的三步六跨门式钢管脚手架承载性能进行试验研究并将其简化为平面框架进行稳定计算的基础上,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对3组脚手架试验方案进行数值模拟计算,包括特征值屈曲分析以及考虑构件的初始缺陷和结构的几何非线性的极限承载力分析,并将有限元分析结果与试验结果及解析解进行对比.分析结果表明,构件的初始缺陷对脚手架的稳定承载力影响较大,有限元分析结果与试验研究结果吻合较好,本文所建的有限元模型能较真实地反映结构实际受力情况.

Abstract:In order to get full understand of the beating capacity of frame scaffolding with steel tubes that are new types and ensure the safety of those new type scaffoldings, and propose exact models to be reference for finite element analysis. This paper is based on the experimental study of the three bays-six floors full scale scaffoldings which are composed of two new type portals ( MF0817, MF1017 ) and the stability calculation of the scaffoldings as plane frame, it has adopted ANSYS software to carry out finite element analysis of the scaffoldings used in experiments,including conducting eigenvalue buckling analysis and conducting nonlinear analysis considering initial defects of components and geometric nonlinearity of structure. Moreover, the results obtained by theoretical analysis have been compared with the experimental results to verify mutually. The analysis results have demonstrated that initial defects of components have large effects on the stability bearing capacity, and the resuhs obtained by finite element analysis are approximately with the experimental results.
