淀粉在涂布白卡纸中的应用研究

使用涂布淀粉部分取代羧基丁苯胶乳,进行了涂布自卡纸的中试.中试过程中,在涂布白卡纸的背涂涂料中使用3份淀粉替代2份胶乳,连续生产,涂布白卡纸没有出现质量问题,并逐渐使用6份涂布淀粉替代4份胶乳,涂布白卡纸的有关性能没有出现明显波动,符合涂布白卡纸的质量要求.中试结果表明,使用涂布淀粉部分替代胶乳方案可行,并能有效降低生产成本.

Application of Starch in Coated Ivory Board

Adhesion property of starch was studied and the application of starch to replace part of the SB latex in the production of coated ivo- ry board in pilot trial was carried out. There was no any quality problem when using 3 parts of starch to replace 2 parts of SB latex in the back layer, and the strength properties and surface strength of the product were stable when gradually using 6 parts starch to replace 4 parts SB latex, and the quality of the product met the production requirement. The results showed that the use of starch to replace part of the latex is feasible and effective to reduce the cost of coated ivory board production.
