冰岛参对小鼠肠道粘膜SIgA分泌的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨冰岛参(Cucumaria frondosa)对小鼠肠道粘膜SIgA分泌的影响。方法:将50只Balb/c小鼠随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组。采用环磷酰胺诱导免疫低下模型,取小鼠肠道进行组织学观察、检测肠粘膜SIgA的含量,观察冰岛参对肠道粘膜免疫的保护作用。结果:与模型组相比,低剂量冰岛参摄入能促进肠粘膜SIgA的分泌,对小肠绒毛有一定的保护作用。结论:低剂量冰岛参摄入量能够明显保护小鼠肠粘膜,促进SIgA的分泌,对肠炎有一定的防治作用。

Abstract:Purpose:Investigate the effect of Cucumaria frondosa on the secretion of mice intestinal SIgA.Methods:Fifty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group,model group,low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group.Used models of low-immunity mice induced by injected cyclophosphamide,detect SIgA content and histological observation of ileum.Results:Compared with model group,low dose Cucumaria frondosa could have remarkable effect of protecting intestinal villi,and the amount of SIgA secretion.Conclusions:Cucumaria frondosa can enhance the amount of intestinal SIgA,and thus protect intestinal villi from hurting,which makes it a good material to prevent enteritis.
