正交实验法优化葡萄藤茎中多酚活性物质提取工艺的研究

摘    要:对葡萄藤茎中多酚活性物质提取的最佳工艺条件进行了探讨。对影响提取液多酚含量的乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间进行单因素实验,在此基础上设计了4因素3水平的正交实验,以提取液中多酚含量和DPPH.清除率为指标进行实验。结果表明:多酚活性物质的最佳工艺条件为提取温度60℃,固液比1:15,乙醇浓度50%,提取时间1h。在此条件下提取液中多酚含量为14.43mg/g,DPPH.清除率81.23%。

Abstract:The optimal extracting conditions of polyphenol from grapevine cane were studied.The single factor experiments of alcohol concentration,the ratio of solid to liquid,extracting temperature and extracting time were investigated.And 4 factors 3 levels orthogonal test was devised to obtain the optimal extracting conditions based on the single factor experiment.The optimum extracting process of polyphenols from the grapevine cane was listed as follows:extracting temperature 60℃,ratio of solid to liquid 1:15,alcohol concentration 50% and extracting time 1h.The yield of polyphenols was found to be 14.43mg/g and DPPH· clearance rate was 81.23%.
