碱结合挤压膨化预处理法对稻壳多糖及结构的影响

摘    要:以稻壳中的多糖物质为主要研究对象。通过单因素测定实验和扫描电镜的方法研究不同的预处理方法,即挤压膨化法和碱预处理法对稻壳中的多糖含量及结构的影响,同时提出了碱处理结合挤压膨化的方法预处理稻壳,并且以多糖含量为指标,采用响应面分析法,确定碱结合挤压膨化预处理稻壳的挤压膨化最佳条件为:螺杆转速110r/min、含水率40%、套筒温度105℃;碱处理最佳条件为:固液比1:20,NaOH浓度0.72mol/L,温度70℃,处理时间35min。在最佳条件下稻壳中多糖含量可达到44.74%。

Abstract:Took polysaccharide material of rice husks as the main subject.Through the determination of monofactory experiments and scanning electron microscope(SEM) to research the effect of polysaccharide content and structure by different pretreatments,alkali treatment and extrusion.Moreover,proposed a new method of alkali combined with extrusion pretreat rice husks,and used polysaccharide content as indicator,adopted the analysis method of response surface methodology to determine the optimization conditions of the pretreatment alkali combined with extrusion on rice husks:extrusion,screw speed 110r/min,moisture content 40%,barrel temperature 105℃;alkali,solid-liquid ratio 1:20;the concentration of Sodium hydroxide 0.72mol/L;temperature 70℃;treatment time 35min.On conditions of the optimization,the polysaccharide content of the rice husks could achieve 44.74%.
