钢管高强混凝土叠合构件受剪承载能力试验研究

摘    要:结合3个普通钢筋混凝土构件和11个钢管高强混凝土叠合构件的单调加载静力试验,对钢管高强混凝土叠合构件的破坏形态、破坏机理和受剪承载能力开展研究。通过分析破坏特征与荷载-跨中挠度曲线,重点对钢管尺寸、剪跨比和是否焊接栓钉对叠合构件受剪承载力的影响进行分析。试验研究结果表明:试件发生剪切斜压和剪压两种破坏模式;试件的受剪承载力随钢管尺寸的增加而提高;随剪跨比的增大而降低;焊接栓钉可提高试件的承载能力,但作用有限。依据现有规范并结合试验结果,基于桁架-斜压场模型提出了钢管高强混凝土叠合构件的受剪承载力计算公式,其计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:Based on the cyclic loading experiments of three RC members and eleven encased CFST members with a prefabricated high-strength concrete filled steel tube core,the failure pattern,failure modes and shear bearing capacity of the members were thoroughly investigated.On the basis of the failure characteristic and the measured load-deflection curves,the effects of steel tube size,shear span ratio and welding studs on the shear bearing capacity of the members were critically examined.The results indicated that the specimens suffered diagonal-compression failure and shear-compression failure.The shear capacities increased with the increases of aspect ratio,and it was effective to improve the shear capacity by welding studs.Based on the existing specification and test results,truss-arch theory was applied here to analyze the shear capacity of the members.The results obtained from the proposed method agree well with those of pertinent experiments.
