摘    要:经分析对比,聚乙二醇二甲醚法所用设备总台数少。在国外尽管聚乙二醇二甲醚法(Selexol法)溶剂一次装填费用及专利使用费比低温甲醇法高出好多,但总消耗费用和装置费用均较低,故运行费用只是低温甲醇法的88.6%。若采用具有自主知识产权的改良NHD法,则更低。

Abstract:To introduce two gas purification processes-Selexol(dimethy ether of polyethylene glycol,commodity code NHD)and Rectisol(low temperature methanol scrubbing). To make economic comparison between them. The result is that Selexol process has competitive advantage in terms of equipment,license fee,total cost and operation fee etc.It will be much favorable by using improved NHD process with independent IPR.
