摘    要:脉冲耦合神经网络模型自从被提出以来,在图像处理领域得到了广泛的应用,现在被称为第三代神经网络模型。反馈式脉冲耦合神经网络模型是在其基础上,通过将脉冲耦合神经网络的输出二值图像相或和异或后反馈到输入端,从而建立起反馈的框架,对退化输入图像进行相应分量的提取,在此基础上进行图像信号的合成,从而实现了退化图像的增强。试验仿真结果验证了该模型的实用性和可信性。

Abstract:The Pulse-coupled Neural Networks(PCNN)which was called the third generation neural neworks has gained wildely used in the fields of image processing since the model was presented.Based on the original model,a feedback Pulse-coupled Neural Network(FPCNN) model that the output acts on the input is presented in this paper.The output of model which is operated by OR and XOR is feedback into the input so that the corresponding component of input image which was degraded is obtained.The composition of component realizes the enhancement of degraded image.The practicability and creditability is verified by the experimental results.
