CO2双螺杆压缩膨胀机在热泵空调中的应用

摘    要:分析了CO2双螺杆压缩膨胀机的优势以及膨胀机和压缩机同轴连接的受力情况。通过分析可以看出,将膨胀机和压缩机做成同轴可以很好地抵消轴向力。并设计了新型的进气装置可以很好地实现CO2热泵空调系统的冬夏季转换,CO2双螺杆压缩膨胀机自身的进排气调节可以取代热泵空调中的四通阀,避免了四通阀的热短路效应和高低压间的泄漏。

Abstract:The predominant of CO_2 twin-screw expressor and the stress of compressor and expander combined with the same shaft was analyzed. It concludes from the analysis that the axial force offsets in the structure above. The new device about CO_2 suction and discharge designed in this paper is convenient for the cycle change of heat pump air conditioner in summer and winter. This device supersedes the four-port valve in heat pump air conditioner. The disadvantage about heat short pass and leakage in the four-port valve is avoided.
