摘    要:单一的数值迭代法只是给出了回转式空预器稳态时金属蓄热板的二维温度分布,文中提出采用解析-数值混合计算方法求解换热模型的数学方程,并以600MW三分仓回转式空气预热器为仿真对象,结果表明解析-数值混合计算法, 不仅克服了单一数值迭代法的精度不高,不易收敛的缺点, 而且还可以精确地反映空预器完整运行工况下金属板和工质的温度分布,对易发生低温腐蚀的金属最低温度和影响机组经济性的排烟温度可作实时监测。

Abstract:Singularity numerical method just showed 2-dimension temperature distribution of metal matrix in rotary regenerator, an analytical-numerical computation method was presented and used to calculate mathematical equation of heat transfer model. When 600MW Tri-sectional regenerator was selected as computational object,the simulative results indicate analytical-numerical scheme was more precise and convergent and faster compared to that for traditional solutions, furthermore, it is reliable to calculate and inspect temperature distribution of cold end metal matrix and exclude gas real-timely, which taking place during the transient operation of the thermal rotary regenerator.
